  • Brothers: Master P and Silkk the Shocker. Nephew: Romeo Miller.
  • The Baton Rouge Police Department issued an arrest warrent for C-Murder. He was accused of shooting two men (including the owner) of Club Raggs in Baton Rouge. (August 15, 2001)
  • Arrested on suspicion of committing a murder in Harvey, Louisiana, on 12 January while out on bail from the other murder charges. (January 22, 2002)
  • [October 2003] Sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of the shooting death of 16 year-old Steve Thomas outside the Platinum Club.
  • Recorded his 2005 release "The truest s*** i ever said" during visiting hours using a hand held recorder supplied by his lawyer, while in prison.
  • Recorded his release "Tru Dawgs" using his own label Tru Records. The album was finished just before he went to jail.
  • After several tries his request for a new trial was accepted. He was released from prison in March of 2006.
  • After a new trial, he was convicted of second degree murder on August 11, 2009. He was sentenced to life in prison.
  • Uncle of Cymphonique Miller, and Veno Miller.
