  • His later career was hampered by acute alcoholism. His career was finished when he was arrested by detectives in May of 2004 after barricading himself inside his Los Angeles home for six hours before surrendering. Initial reports claim that a SWAT team had responded to a call from two of his female roommates that he was inebriated, armed and holding a third female roommate hostage. It was reported that he had been depressed over losing voiceover work.
  • Gifted Warner Bros. voice artist who took over such animated cartoon legends as Bugs Bunny, Foghorn Leghorn, Pepe LePew, Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, and Elmer Fudd from the late Mel Blanc, and Mr. Magoo from the late Jim Backus for 90s TV and film.
  • Was trained by vocal legend Daws Butler and assumed many of his characters, including Yogi Bear, Boo Boo, Huckleberry Hound, Snagglepuss, Quick Draw McGraw and Baba Looey, after Butler's death in 1988.
  • Also found announcing jobs for commercials, movie trailers, and series promos.
