Fiona Bruce(I)

Former management consultant, Fiona has reported for Newsnight (1980) and presented The Antiques Show and Call My Bluff (1996) in the UK. She can speak fluent French and Italian.

I work in a visual medium and I am judged by my appearance. There's going to come a time when my face won't fit any more, for whatever reason. When I got the job of presenter on the Six, other people were being fired. I got taken in one door and I was hired. Other presenters were going out of the other door. I just thought, 'That's how it will be for me one day. I'll be the last person to find out about it and, when it does happen, don't get bitter and twisted about it'.
