Edward Brandon(1907-1980)

  • Actor
  • Camera and Electrical Department
IMDbProStarmeterSee rank
The most handsome black man to appear on the screen, Edward Brandon probably would be considered the best actor of his race had he appeared in more films. He appeared in just two, "Harlem on the Prairie" and "Midnight Shadow" - both what were known as "race films" or "all black cast" independent films. Even though Edward was only in two films, he showed more acting talent then some who were in many more. He stole "Midnight Shadow", even though he wasn't the star of the movie.
