Kevin Thale McCourt was an American actor and voice actor from San Mateo, California. He was known for voicing Muggshot, Panda King, Sir Raleigh and Clockwerk in the Sly Cooper video game franchise by Sony. He also acted in the 2005 film called Rent as Mr. Jones. He passed away in July 2017 at San Mateo.
