Sara Bernstein is an award-winning producer and President of Imagine Documentaries, leading the development and production of premium documentary feature films and series. Recent credits include the five-time Emmy Award-winning Jim Henson Idea Man, Barbara Walters Tell Me Everything, Earrnhardt, Emmy-nominated Judy Blume Forever and We Feed People, Oscar-shortlisted Frida, Critics' Choice Award-winning Music by John Williams, The Super Models, The Dynasty: New England Patriots and The Volcano: Rescue from Whakaari. Prior to joining Imagine, Bernstein was SVP, HBO Documentary Films, where she oversaw award-winning nonfiction programming for the network. Bernstein has garnered 11 Emmy wins, 35 Emmy nominations and 11 Peabody Awards, and the documentary features she has supervised have garnered two Oscars and 13 Oscar nominations. In 2024, she was featured on Variety's New York Women's Impact List.
