Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 270 Review: A Storybook Ending Creates as Many Questions as It Answers

With another week now gone by, the iconic shonen manga Jujutsu Kaisen is closer than ever to the end of its narrative. Author Gege Akutami and publisher Shonen Jump announced that the series' final chapter will be released on September 29, making Chapter 270 titled "The End of the Dream" the beloved manga's penultimate release.

Like the last couple of chapters, "The End of the Dream" explores the aftermath of Ryomen Sukuna's defeat. Unfortunately, Chapter 270 also continues Jujutsu Kaisen's downhill slide into mediocrity, and although it has resulted in a happy ending for the series protagonists, the same cannot be said for longtime fans of the franchise.
