Hotel Transylvania 5 Gets Optimistic Update From Franchise Director
Image
Hotel Transylvania fans just received an exciting update about the future of the franchise. Genndy Tartakovsky, who directed the first three movies, recently shared that he'd be shocked if a fifth installment wasn't greenlit sooner or later.

Speaking with Collider ahead of being honored with an Award of Excellence at Scad's AnimationFest this weekend, Tartakovsky was asked about the future of the Hotel Transylvania franchise on the big screen. "I think there's gonna be more and more. Its great," the filmmaker shared. "If there's a demand for it, I think the fourth one did really well on Amazon. I think they want more. So we'll see what happens." The last movie, Hotel Transylvania: Transformania, was released exclusively on Prime Video by Amazon Studios in January 2022.

Hotel Transylvania: Transformania Trailer Brings Drac's Pack Back One Last Time
Image
The official trailer has arrived for Hotel Transylvania: Transformania, the fourth and final installment of the Hotel Transylvania franchise. On Friday, a new teaser for the animated movie sequel was dropped along with the promise of the official trailer also coming on Monday. Ahead of the movie's premiere this summer, the trailer has now made its way online, and you can watch the video below.

While most of the voice cast is returning from the previous three movies, the voice of Dracula will now be played by Brian Hull. Previously, Sony tested the waters with Hull by having him voice Dracula in Monster Pets, an animated short film created to help promote the upcoming sequel. At the time, Hull posted about his casting in the short on Twitter, but it wasn't clear that he'd also be voicing the vampire in the movie with Adam Sandler not returning.

Her parents have split, but while her dad tries to retain her affection with the gift of a new puppy, her mom (Susie Porter) is trying to establish ground rules. Vicki scoffs at her restrictions though and instead sneaks out into the night for a party, but along the way she has the misfortune...
