Benjamin Berkowitz

Benjamin Berkowitz is an award-winning writer, producer, and creative strategist, best known as the co-creator of The Writer, the acclaimed comic book series from Dark Horse Comics, developed alongside actor Josh Gad and his brother Max Berkowitz. He is the co-founder of Not A Billionaire, a global creative agency and production company that has earned recognition for its bold storytelling and culture-shifting campaigns across film, television, and digital platforms. A passionate advocate for Jewish representation and pluralism, Benjamin served on the Board of the Jewish Film Institute (JFI), is a national representative for BBYO, and frequently speaks on issues of storytelling, identity, and justice. His career began in film distribution at Sony Pictures Classics and Magnolia Pictures before he went on to produce original content for outlets including CNN and Netflix. Originally from Boston, MA, Benjamin draws on his deep roots in community, activism, and storytelling to create work that connects, provokes, and inspires.
