Greg Benson is an award-winning actor, director, and digital creator whose career spans film, television, and online media. He will next be seen in season two of "Beef" (Netflix), recurring as Steve, the emotionally unavailable but well-intentioned father of Ashley (Cailee Spaeny).

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Benson studied at the University of Texas in Austin, where he began performing on stage and co-founded the sketch troupe I Am Your Father. Early success in commercials made him one of Texas' most recognizable faces, before he relocated to Los Angeles in 1991 to pursue acting full time.
Today, Benson continues to balance his work in comedy, film, and television with his skills as a director and editor, crafting self-tapes in his home studio that are as dynamic as the scenes themselves. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Kim, and their son, Charlie.
