    • Marie Bell was born on December 23, 1900 in Bordeaux, Gironde, France. She was an actress, known for Un Carnet de bal (1937), Madame Récamier (1928) and La garçonne (1936). She was married to Jean Chevrier. She died on August 14, 1985 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France.

  • Trained at the Paris Conservatory, she later joined the Comedie Francaise.
