Mercer Barrows is a soap opera producer who has been affiliated with ABC soaps since 1979, when he worked as a set decorator on the soap Hôpital central (1963). He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor of arts in drama/theatre arts and stagecraft. He has won Daytime Emmys on Hôpital central (1963) both as a set decorator and producer.
