Trivia

  • Balter formed a writing partnership with William Read Woodfield during the production of Voyage au fond des mers (1964). They wrote an early episode of Mission impossible (1966) and quickly got more work and were named script consultants. By the third season of M:I, they were elevated to producers but had conflicts with executive producer Bruce Geller.
  • Ex-brother-in-law of Natalie Wood.
