Viktor Avdyushko(1925-1975)

Viktor Avdyushko is a Soviet theater and film actor. People's Artist of the Russian SFSR. Studied at the famous Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI). As a student, Avdyushko began to participate in amateur performances and eventually realized that the acting profession attracted him more than the sky and planes. In 1949, he graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography, workshop of Yuli Raizman.
Then he worked as an actor at the Mosfilm studio. He had almost no negative roles to his credit: thanks to his attractive and courageous appearance, Viktor Antonovich was offered to play brave and honest heroes. The actor's appearance, his inherent special charm despite his somewhat severe appearance determined his role. His heroes are outwardly reserved and courageous, but kind and wise people.
He began acting in 1948, debuting in the film La Jeune Garde (1948). His most significant work in cinema was the role in the war film Le commando de la dernière chance (1961) directed by Aleksandr Alov and Vladimir Naumov. One of the actor's best works is considered to be the role of Bazarov in the film Ottsy i deti (1959).
