Tony Oliver was born on 12 May 1958 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is an actor and producer, known for Lupin III: Le Secret de Mamo (1978), Akira (1988) and Power Rangers (1993). He has been married to Barbara Oliver since 7 July 1979. They have two children.

About voicing Lancer in the Fate franchise: How is Lancer treated? Well, he dies early. In the game he does not; it's impossible to kill him in the game.
