    • Michael Angelis was born on April 29, 1944 in Paddington, London, England, UK. He was an actor, known for World's End (1981), Melissa (1997) and September Song (1993). He was married to Jennifar Khalastchi and Helen Worth. He died on May 30, 2020 in Thatcham, Berkshire, England, UK.

Trivia

  • His elder brother Paul Angelis was also an actor who voiced Ringo Starr in Yellow Submarine (1968). Coincidentally, Starr and the Angelis brothers grew up in the Dingle area of Liverpool, and Michael Angelis replaced Starr as narrator of Thomas et ses amis (1984).
  • Although he was born in London, he grew up in Dingle, Liverpool, and is often wrongly thought to have been born in Liverpool.
  • His funeral was held on 18th June 2020 at St Martin's Church, Cold Ash, near his home in Thatcham, Berkshire.
