The big-screen blockbuster starring Michael B. Jordan will make its global streaming debut on Max Friday, July 4, the streamer has announced. The movie will then premiere on HBO linear Saturday, July 5 at 8/7c.

The will-they-or-won’t-they relationship has been around long before sitcoms were even a thing, and though it can prove fruitful comedically, it also has its many pitfalls. If the characters don’t end up together, the audience isn’t satisfied (like The Wonder Years), but if they do end up together, the show loses a big avenue for comedy (like Frasier), and often a dramatic tension. As a result, many sitcoms try to drag out the will-they-or-won’t-they dynamic for as long as possible, which can end up being so tiresome that most viewers are ready for a won’t they.

Actor Ben Savage is going to be a dad! The actor, most notably known for his role as Cory Matthews on the ‘90s TV series Boy Meets World, announced that he and his wife Tessa Angermeier are excepting their first baby together. “Arriving this fall.”

The actor shared a picture of the couple outdoors with palm trees in the background and they held out a string of ultrasound images. While Ben alluded to a fall due date for their baby, Tessa clarified further in her post writing, “November can’t come soon enough.” The couple did not reveal their baby’s sex.

The classic coming-of-age ABC series The Wonder Years -- following the childhood of Fred Savage’s Kevin Arnold, as told from the perspective of his older self -- ended its run in 1993. The popular TV program also starred Danica McKellar as Kevin’s crush Winnie Cooper, and the actor looks back fondly at her experience on the show.

McKellar -- marking 32 years since the show concluded -- posted to Instagram, sharing some behind-the-scenes photos from the final day on set. In one photo, McKellar is shown standing with Josh Saviano, who played Kevin’s best friend Paul Pfeiffer, and Savage. Another photo showed the trio cutting a celebratory cake with Daniel Stern (who narrated the series as an adult Kevin) and others.

The classic coming-of-age series The Wonder Years did not end without controversy, as the show did not conclude with a romantic ending for Kevin Arnold (Fred Savage) and Winnie Cooper (Danica McKellar). Originally on the air between 1988 and 1993, The Wonder Years was set during the late 1960s and early 1970s. In the 1993 series finale of the Emmy-winning ABC series, childhood sweethearts Kevin Arnold (played by Fred Savage) and Winnie Cooper (played by McKellar) went their separate ways, with Kevin revealing in voiceover that while he and Winnie stayed in touch in the years that followed, he married someone else and had a son. “Fans still get upset about it,” McKellar admitted on this week’s episode of the Pod Meets World podcast.

Danica McKellar has good news for those who didn’t like the original ending of “The Wonder Years” — things may have changed! The actor, who played Winnie Cooper on the sitcom from 1988 to 1993, opened up about how she views the controversial ending.

In the final episode, which aired May 12, 1993, the narrator revealed that Kevin Arnold (Fred Savage) and Winnie did not end up together, despite their on-again off-again relationship throughout the series. She went to Paris to get her art degree and Kevin got married to someone else, but the pair remained friends.

“Fans still get upset about it,” McKellar said on the Nov. 25 episode of “Pod Meets World.” She explained that often in the show, “everything didn’t all work out in the end,” which was a way to be relatable to the audience.
