Pierre Lhomme was born on 5 April 1930 in Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine, France. He was a cinematographer and director, known for Cyrano de Bergerac (1990), Camille Claudel (1988) and Dites-lui que je l'aime (1977). He was married to Renée Baudin and Irina Charitonoff. He died on 4 July 2019 in Arles, Bouches-du-Rhône, France.
