Brian Austin Green would like to double down.

Speaking to People Magazine late last week about previous he comments he made about ex-girfriend Vanessa Marcia, the actor said he has no regrets about trashing her as “toxic.”

“Everything that’s come recently has genuinely been for the purpose of speaking about a relationship,” Green explained to this outlet, adding:

“It’s not pointing fingers, placing blame on anyone. If she takes things that way, then there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s pretty obvious just in listening to the things that I say and what it is we do on our show, that’s not our intention.”

On Friday American TV show Entertainment Tonight obtained a probate filing on behalf of the deceased producer that includes details of his will. Producer Spelling died last month sparking a public war of words between his wife and his estranged daughter over the circumstances surrounding his death. Tori has lashed out at her mother after finding out about her father's passing through an email message from a friend and not from her family. Candy hit back at Tori by releasing a statement saying, "We are deeply saddened that, during our time of loss and grief, we are forced to respond to the media frenzy caused by the mean-spirited and surprising comments made by Tori to the press, just two days after the passing of Aaron." Media reports at the time claimed Tori could be excluded from the will and miss out on receiving any of her father's estimated $500 million fortune. According to Entertainment Tonight, Spelling's estate has been left to a trust, which indicates that details on the exact division of his massive fortune will most likely remain confidential.

Aaron Spelling, the amazingly prolific television producer whose hits ranged from Charlie's Angels to 7th Heaven, died Friday after suffering a stroke last Sunday; he was 83. Spelling passed away at his Los Angeles home, where he had been resting since his stroke on June 18, for which he was briefly hospitalized. Born in Dallas, Spelling was the fourth son of immigrant Jews and grew up in poverty on the self-proclaimed "wrong side of the tracks," ostracized in his early years because of his religion and orthodox parents. After serving in World War II, he enrolled and later graduated from Southern Methodist University, quickly moving to Hollywood, where he worked briefly as a bit-player actor (he was a gas station attendant in an episode of I Love Lucy) and married the actress Carolyn Jones (later of The Addams Family fame) in 1953; they later divorced in 1964. Spelling found greater success as a writer for such shows as Playhouse 90, and soon was hired as a producer by Dick Powell for Four Star Productions, and his first hit was the crime drama Burke's Law, starring Gene Barry. After Powell passed away, Spelling teamed with actor-producer Danny Thomas, with whom he scored a major hit in The Mod Squad in 1969. At the dawn of the 70s, Spelling signed an exclusive contract with ABC, a network his programming would come to dominate for the next decade; former ABC programming chief Leonard Goldberg joined him as a producing partner in 1972. The two produced innumerable television films (including The Boy in the Bubble, starring heartthrob John Travolta) before striking series gold with action shows SWAT, Starsky & Hutch and The Rookies, as well as the acclaimed Emmy-winning drama Family. Aaron Spelling, the amazingly prolific television producer whose hits ranged from Charlie's Angels to 7th Heaven, died Friday after suffering a stroke last Sunday; he was 83. Spelling passed away at his Los Angeles home, where he had been resting since his stroke on June 18, for which he was briefly hospitalized. Born in Dallas, Spelling was the fourth son of immigrant Jews and grew up in poverty on the self-proclaimed "wrong side of the tracks," ostracized in his early years because of his religion and orthodox parents. After serving in World War II, he enrolled and later graduated from Southern Methodist University, quickly moving to Hollywood, where he worked briefly as a bit-player actor (he was a gas station attendant in an episode of I Love Lucy) and married the actress Carolyn Jones (later of The Addams Family fame) in 1953; they later divorced in 1964. Spelling found greater success as a writer for such shows as Playhouse 90, and soon was hired as a producer by Dick Powell for Four Star Productions, and his first hit was the crime drama Burke's Law, starring Gene Barry. After Powell passed away, Spelling teamed with actor-producer Danny Thomas, with whom he scored a major hit in The Mod Squad in 1969. At the dawn of the 70s, Spelling signed an exclusive contract with ABC, a network his programming would come to dominate for the next decade; former ABC programming chief Leonard Goldberg joined him as a producing partner in 1972. The two produced innumerable television films (including The Boy in the Bubble, starring heartthrob John Travolta) before striking series gold with action shows SWAT, Starsky & Hutch and The Rookies, as well as the acclaimed Emmy-winning drama Family. The Paris Hilton-starrer National Lampoon's Pledge This headed into production Monday in Miami with a full cast that now includes her sister, Nicky Hilton, in her first acting role along with Simon Rex, Alexis Thorpe, Randy Spelling, Sarai Howard, Paula Garces and Sarah Carter. The film, a Street Alien Production in association with Ckrush Entertainment, Inc., is being directed by William Heins, produced by Juan Carlos Zapata and executive produced by Paris Hilton, Jack Utsick, Jim DiLorenzo, Gary Gittelsohn, Ash Shah and Chester English. Amanda Lee Aday, Bianca Lawson, Noureen Dewulf, Kerri Kenney, and Geoffrey Arend round out the project, based on a script by Cheryl Gurriero and Anna Obropta.
