The Hollywood Reporter and GLAAD Celebrate Pride at Glittery Bash: “More Than Ever, It’s Important to be Loud, Proud and Vocal”
Image
The Hollywood Reporter partnered up with GLAAD for the Celebration of Pride ’25 party Wednesday night that brought a slew of guests from the LGBTQ community and allies to West Hollywood.

Several stars stopped by the celebration, presented by Paramount+ FYC at Sunset at Edition, to dance, chat and, most important, gather as a community — something GLAAD’s Anthony Allen Ramos emphasized was critical. “I think more than ever it’s important to be loud and proud and vocal,” Ramos told THR before the large crowd gathered at the event, which also served as a celebration of GLAAD’s 40th year.

“The more that we can come together during Pride and remind the world that we are just like everyone else, we are everyday people, but we’re also super creative when it comes to the work that we do in the entertainment industry and beyond,” he added. “It’s unfortunate...

Spotlight: Lance Bass's Charity Work
Lance Bass rose to fame in boy band N’Sync, and founded The Lance Bass Foundation in 2001 to meet the health needs of low-income children.

In 2003, Bass donated $30,000 US to establish the Amber Pulliam Special Education Endowment at The University of Southern Mississippi. The endowment is in honor of his younger cousin, Amber Pulliam, who has Down’s Syndrome, and was established to financially aid students from Mississippi’s Pine Belt who plan a career in special education.

After 2005’s Hurricane Katrina, Bass launched “uBid For Hurricane Relief”, a celebrity auction to benefit victims of the hurricane, with uBid.com. Proceeds from the auction were split between the Child Welfare League of America, The Brett Favre Fourward Foundation, and Ashton Kutcher's RockWorks Foundation.

All Justin Timberlake Albums, Ranked According to Sales Numbers
Image
Justin Timberlake was once a budding twelve-year-old on Star Search and then a teen on The All-New Mickey Mouse Club. In 1995, he would take the next step. Convinced by Chris Kirkpatrick’s vision for a boy band, he co-founded *Nsync with Jc Chasez. Joey Fatone and Lance Bass completed the lineup, and the group quickly gained traction with their hit I Want You Back.

By 1997, they had a deal with RCA, and despite *Nsync’s subsequent success, the group went on hiatus in 2002, setting the stage for Timberlake’s solo career. His debut single, Like I Love You, dropped later that year, leading to his first album, Justified. Packed with hits like Cry Me a River and Rock Your Body, it earned Timberlake two Grammys in 2004.

But decades later, his reputation has faltered. The 2004 Super Bowl incident with Janet Jackson lingers, and Britney Spears’ recent memoir has fueled further backlash.

Wtf Happened to Justin Timberlake?
Image
It’s never happened to me, but I’ve heard that other people sometimes don’t feel like the coolest person in the room. Lately, it seems like he spends more time in hot water, but at one point, Justin Timberlake seemed like the coolest guy on the planet. Despite his massive fame and success, Timberlake always felt like he was in rooms with more comfortable and confident people than he was. So, in one of the most lucrative forms of overcompensation ever, he wrote and released the 2006 smash hit “SexyBack”, an anthem declaring that he was redefining cool on his own terms. And in a lot of ways, he did. The song dominated radio, clubs, and pop culture, a testament to Justin Timberlake’s creativity and drive, making him the powerhouse he became. It hasn’t always been perfect, and we’ll talk about that, too, but fewer artists...

Producer Neal H. Moritz has been wanting to make the dreams come true of fans who happen to love the mega-hit boy band, Nsync. As it turns out, the man behind The Fast and the Furious and other big IP has been trying to get a biopic made about the group for years. The film would chart their success following the legal battle with former manager and Ponzi scheme aficionado, Lou Pearlman. However, even though he has engaged with all five members of the group, it has hit various snags.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Mortiz has been shopping the project around to studios that would serve as a biopic for Nsync. And the producer has met with all five members of the group, which includes Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, Jc Chasez, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick, to have each of them participate. According to reports, the project made it to...

The Nsync Biopic That Almost Was (Exclusive)
Image
Nsync fans clamoring for the return of the boy band will have to wait a little longer, as a gestating biopic project appears to be on hold.

Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that veteran producer Neal H. Moritz, known for The Fast and the Furious and Sonic the Hedgehog, has been shopping the feature, which would focus on the group’s success in the aftermath of its legal battle with former manager Lou Pearlman, and has met with the five members — Justin Timberlake, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, Jc Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick — to seek their participation.

The project proceeded to the screenwriting stage amid talk of attaching Timberlake as an executive producer. But its road to the screen faced immediate challenges. Namely, the signoffs of all five members who share ownership in the name and each of whom is represented by a different management firm. “It’s complicated,” says one...
