Actors Steven Weber, Lori Petty, Cynda Williams and Mitchell Anderson have joined the lineup of Pride Live! Hollywood, which continues through June 29 at venues across Hollywood.

The inaugural pop culture festival will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the LGBT comedy Jeffrey with star Weber, who will be reunited with his Wings and Dracula: Dead and Loving It co-star Amy Yasbeck.

Meanwhile, Petty, Williams and Anderson have joined Relax … It’s Just Sex co-stars Billy Wirth, Tim Perez, Chris Cleveland and Eddie Garcia in a tribute to pioneering producer Steven J. Wolfe and his groundbreaking film.

Elsewhere, festival partner Amoeba Music will sponsor a free Pride Live! Hollywood concert performance by Durand Jones & The Indications, followed by a signing of their latest album, Flowers.

Also added to the schedule is a screening of disco movie Can’t Stop the Music with screenwriter Bruce Vilanch and cast member Leigh Taylor-Young.

The inaugural Pride Live! Hollywood festival has added several events to its lineup.

A number of screenings have joined the schedule, including The Big Johnson, about queer punk legend Dean Johnson, with nightlife impresario Mario Diaz and filmmaker Lola Rocknrolla discussing the film and its subject afterward.

Additionally, organizers have added screenings of Happy Clothes: A Film About Patricia Field, focusing on the Sex and the City costume designer; the comedy Things Like This, with writer-director and star Max Talisman in conversation to follow. In addition, the Los Angeles premiere of the U.K. feature Unicorns, starring Ben Hardy and Jason Patel, will be preceded by Remi Gabriel’s short Barbie Boy.

And two free-admission events will take place at Amoeba Music: Power-pop band L.A. Exes will perform and sign their album Get Some at Amoeba Music, and a Pride weekend kickoff event will feature Long Beach-based DJs wonderfulbryan and speakandspel spinning LGBT favorites.

A new Los Angeles-based event will celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride and pop-culture milestones next month.

The producers of L.A’s Infinity Festival, which celebrates the intersection of technology and entertainment, have teamed up with The Hollywood Partnership and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to present Pride Live! Hollywood, a monthlong celebration of “LGBTQ+ creativity in media and entertainment.”

The lineup will feature a tribute to Norman Lear’s pioneering television work, anniversary celebrations of TV series The Golden Girls and Queer as Folk, documentary premieres, film screenings, panels, parties, interactive events and presentations of disco-era films, along with participation by stars and creatives. Events will take place at venues in and around Los Angeles, including the W Hollywood, the Montalbán Theater, LA Explained, Emerson College, Amoeba Music, the Aster and Lemon Grove, Whisky Hotel Hollywood, NeueHouse Hollywood and more.

Organizers explained that with more than 150,000 people attending the annual L.

On Thursday, the same day his rep released a statement confirming the couple were calling it quits, the actor and singer touched on the sensitive subject during an interview with The Frank DeCaro Show on SiriusXM's OutQ. "Yeah, it is a sad thing. It's a sad thing anytime a relationship ends," he says. "We had a good long run, almost 13 years." Adding that the split was both "mutual" and "amicable," Jackson, 38, goes on to praise his former partner.

Cheyenne Jackson stopped by SiriusXM's The Frank DeCaro Show on Thursday, opening up about his split from Monte Lapka in his first radio interview since his divorce announcement.

"Yeah, it's a sad thing anytime a relationship ends," said Jackson, who had been with Lapka for almost 13 years and married for two. "It was mutual, amicable, he's a wonderful man."

Jackson admitted that while the breakup hurts, what is more painful for him are the "horrible blogs" that have speculated on his subsequent change in appearance.

The 38-year-old actor cleared the air, saying, "I do have a mustache, but it's for the new Ira Sachs movie [Love is Strange] with Alfred Molina and Marissa Tomei and John Lithgow, so that's what that's for. I do have a new tattoo, and it's personal. I'm happy to tell [the story behind it] now because it's out there, but you know, it's for my dad."

Stage and screen star Cheyenne Jackson appeared on “The Frank DeCaro Show” after news of his forthcoming divorce from husband Monte Lapka hit the media.

The 38-year-old actor-singer, whose new album "I'm Blue, Skies" hit stores in June, described the split as "mutual, amicable" while admitting it was "a sad personal thing."

The Broadway veteran, who was recently seen in HBO's Liberace biopic "Behind the Candelabra," shrugged off rampant media speculation that his new look (which evidently includes a 1970s-style handlebar mustache and new tattoo) was somehow connected to the breakup, joking, "I have not gone off the deep end."

We had just about written this week off, and as is often the case with lowered expectations, we found something amazing and beyond surprising. Well, I suppose many will argue that it is as a result of those lowered expectations, and frankly, they might be onto something.

In any case, we were blown away by Wreck-It Ralph, a film that we both thought was going to be a whipped-together bit of fluff, and largely an excuse to throw out video game cameos. We still aren’t sure which way the money is flowing there, or how those contracts work exactly, but the trailers would lead you to believe that Q-bert had a major role in the film.

We got about halfway through this one and finally had to stop and blink at each other. What was going on here?

HollywoodNews.com: Well, Charo won’t be buying Lady Gaga’s new album anytime soon as it seems she thinks the popular singer is a bit of a copycat.

Charo spoke about Gaga on Frank DeCaro’s OutQ radio show on Sirius Xm and revealed her real feelings, states NY Daily News. “I can tell you, to me, Lady Gaga is Madonna with diarrhea,” Charo admitted.

She also revealed that she doesn’t like Gaga because she feels “Born This Way” is copied from Madonna’s “Express Yourself,” but Gaga has tried to make it seem like her own idea.

Lady Gaga has gotten some heat for seemingly copping some of Maddona's act, but bowel movements have never been brought into the discussion. Until now.

Spanish singing legend Charo appeared on Sirius Xm's OutQ radio show with Frank DeCaro and did little to hide the fact that she thinks that Gaga is a Madonna knock off.

"I can tell you, to me, Lady Gaga is Madonna with diarrhea," the singer said (via The Daily News). "I don't like it when somebody copies somebody and just adopt it. Like, their own idea."

While Gaga has long been accused of stealing ideas from Madonna's stage show and personality, the charges flared up when she released her song "Born This Way," which many thought was a bit of a knockoff of Madonna's "Express Yourself".

Include Charo amongst those people.

When asked to comment on Ramin Setoodeh's recent article about how openly gay actors can't convincingly play heterosexual roles, Cheyenne Jackson and Michael Urie straight-out called the Newsweek entertainment writer an ''asshole'' who's ''unconscionable.'' The two out actors were speaking at a talkback after Monday's performance of The Temperamentals, Jon Marans' acclaimed Off-Broadway play about early gay rights activists in the 1950s.

After moderator Frank DeCaro asked Jackson what he thought of Setoodeh's piece, the Broadway star of Finian's Rainbow and TV guest star of 30 Rock said:

It was infuriating on so many levels. Not only does [Setoodeh] say that a gay man can't play straight, he got personal, picking on Sean Hayes in Promises, Promises, [pointing out] certain scenes where he thinks [Sean] is stiff and uncomfortable. There are only two more weeks until Betty White takes center stage at 30 Rock to host Saturday Night Live, and she's not wasting a second of it. At age 88, Betty is the hardest working senior in show business.

New York -- How about experiencing a night of Big Apple stand-up comedy on the big screen to take your mind off the recession -- without a two-drink minimum!?

The programming network arm of cinema advertising firm Screenvision has partnered with production firm Waggingtail Entertainment for seven original stand-up features set to hit theaters across the U.S. starting in May under the series title "Stand-Up 360."

Caroline Rhea serves as the lead host of the live-recorded features, which typically include 100-plus minutes each of stand-up from six headline and up-and-coming comedians as well as behind-the-scenes footage.

The "Stand-Up 360" series also includes special-theme presentations, such as two "Muy Caliente" editions, featuring Latino talent and hosted by Erik Rivera, and "Inside Out," headlined by popular gay and lesbian comics.

Among the featured comics in the series are Roz G, Judy Gold, Godfrey, Modi, Poppi Kramer and Wali Collins.
