Pixar is giving fans plenty to be excited about. During Disney’s Destination D23 event, the studio revealed updates on several upcoming projects, including Hoppers, Toy Story 5, and Gatto.

Pixar also shared its release slate for the next few years, teasing a mix of new stories and sequels to beloved favorites.

The first film on the schedule is Hoppers, set to hit theaters on March 6, 2026. The movie is written and directed by Daniel Chong, best known as the creator of We Bare Bears.

While we might not get to see the Reagan family together every episode, fans will get to see a familiar face in the form of Erin Reagan, played by Bridget Moynahan. Deadline reports that Danny’s sister will be joining her brother in his new home in Boston, although it may be temporary. She will appear in the premiere episode, and Moynahan is also going to direct an episode at some point during the season.

Wahlberg announced the news on his Instagram, sharing a photo with his television sister, who he worked alongside for 14 seasons. It will be a nice treat for fans who have wanted to see members of the cast appear in Boston Blue as well.

Donnie Wahlberg is no longer the only Blue Bloods actor set to appear on Boston Blue. The Danny Reagan actor recently confirmed the return of another Blue Bloods alum in a behind-the-scenes image from the set of the upcoming CBS spinoff.

In an Instagram post, Wahlberg shared a photo with his former Blue Bloods co-star Bridget Moynahan to announce that she would be reprising her role as Danny's sister, Erin Reagan, in the series premiere of Boston Blue. "Reunited and if feels so good! So excited to have my dear friend, and TV sister [Bridget Moynahan], join me for a special guest appearance in the premiere episode of #BostonBlue!" the post's caption read. CBS’ Blue Bloods spinoff Boston Blue will feature another character from the original series, albeit played by a different actor.

Mika Amonsen (Thanksgiving) has joined the show’s cast as Sean Reagan, the youngest son of series lead Donnie Wahlberg’s character, Danny Reagan. Amonsen will take over the role played by Andrew Terraciano throughout Blue Bloods’ 14-season run on CBS.
