In 1994, Carol Hummel was hired by Transworld Communications (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) on behalf of the King Faisal Foundation to write a documentary on location in Mombassa Kenya, East Africa to illustrate the benevolent works performed the the "Foundation" in third world Islamic countries.
