Sons of Anarchy Star's New Western Series Lands on Netflix, Rotten Tomatoes Score Revealed
Image
Netflix has just debuted the new miniseries American Primeval, and the show's Rotten Tomatoes score has been revealed. The response to the series is proving to be divisive so far, drawing reviews from critics that put American Primeval firmly into the middle of the road.

On Rotten Tomatoes, American Primeval has debuted with a score of 56%. This labels the movie as "rotten" by the review aggregator website, which only considers movies scored with a 60% or above to be "fresh." The number will likely fluctuate as more critics add their reviews in the coming days, but it remains to be seen if that number will end up getting higher or lower. At this point, it's hard to say, given how divisive the reviews are with all of the reviews which have been added.

All 18 Keanu Reeves Movies From The 1990s, Ranked
Image
Keanu Reeves has been acting since the 1980s, and has given the world great performances in the realm of action, adventure, drama, and even comedy. It's rare for someone whose most prolific catchphrase is "Whoah" to be able to show so much emotional depth in a wide range of roles. Reeves is known not to take himself too seriously while still being able to take on very serious roles.

The 1990s were a very rich decade for Keanu Reeves' best films, which saw him star in action-packed blockbusters like Speed, emotional indie films like My Own Private Idaho, and ensemble pieces like Bram Stoker's Dracula. His star was on the rise throughout that tumultuous time of growth, and he's been an unwavering part of pop culture ever since. While Reeves has a very stoic approach to acting, with some criticizing his limited range, it's that brooding calmness that makes...

“He Had Balls, I’ll Tell You That”: Sons Of Anarchy Actor Recalls The Kurt Sutter Meeting That Straightened Out His Lawsuit Over The Show’s Creation
Image
Actor Chuck Zito, who ended up appearing in Sons of Anarchy season 5, once tried to sue FX over the creation of the show. Sons of Anarchy was created by Kurt Sutter and aired on FX from 2008-2014. The series follows Jax Teller, a member and eventual leader of the Sons of Anarchy motorcycle club, which was based in the fictional town of Charming, California. The cast of Sons of Anarchy includes Charlie Hunnam, Katey Segal, Ron Perlman, Maggie Siff, and Theo Rossi.

Speaking with VladTV on YouTube, Chuck Zito explains that he once pitched a show about a motorcycle gang called Wild Angels to FX. They claimed they weren't interested in a show about a motorcycle gang, but when he tried to pitch it to them again a year later, he found out they were already developing Sons of Anarchy. Therefore, he filed a lawsuit against FX, claiming that they...

Sons of Anarchy Actor Recalls Suing FX for Stealing His Concept (And Then Joining the Series)
Image
According to the credits of the hit FX series, Sons of Anarchy was created by Kurt Sutter. However, actor Chuck Zito (Oz) believes the idea was taken from him — and the lawsuit he filed over it led to his casting on the show.

Speaking with VladTV on YouTube, Zito opened up on his failed lawsuit against FX for allegedly stealing the concept of Sons of Anarchy from him without credit. Zito, who served as president of the New York chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle club in real life, said he pitched a similar concept to FX before production on Sons of Anarchy had begun. When he learned soon after that a different series about a motorcycle club was in the works at FX, Zito filed a lawsuit against the network.

Former Hells Angels Motorcycle Gang Leader Chuck Zito Shows Up To Support Trump In Courtroom
Image
Over a dozen people came to support former President Donald Trump in court on Monday, including Chuck Zito, former leader of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang. In the mid-1970s, Zito formed his motorcycle gang, the New Rochelle Motorcycle Club, before merging with the Ching-a-Ling Nomads.

Later, Zito was voted in as a member of the Hells Angels chapter in New York City in 1979 after meeting Sandy Alexander, chapter president. After numerous legal issues during his time with the Hells Angels, Zito left in 2004 to pursue a career in Hollywood. Some of Zito’s notable acting roles include Chucky “The Enforcer” Pancamo in the HBO prison drama Oz and Frankie “Diamonds” in Sons of Anarchy. He also worked as an amateur boxer and celebrity security guard.

‘Phoenix’ Review (Tubi Original)
Image
Stars: Randy Couture, Oleg Prudius, Natalie Eva Marie, Neal McDonough, Rashad Evans, Frank Mir, Chuck Zito, Jonathan Camp, Bai Ling | Written and Directed by Daniel Zirilli

Everett Grant has beef with Russian mobster Maxim Vasiliiv played by Oleg Prudius or if you’re a pro wrestling fan, Vladimir Kozlov. It seems Everett’s security company has been cutting into the Russian mob’s profits and they’re not happy about that. Since Phoenix is an action film, they decide to settle it with a fight to the death. That would be Everett’s death via a bullet to the head made to look like suicide.

WWE wrestler Natalie Eva Marie plays Everett’s daughter Fiona, Phoenix to her friends. She’s told of his death by General Shackleton. She knows he would never have killed himself and decides to put her hand-to-hand combat trainer’s skills to work finding answers.

Sons Of Anarchy: What "Mr Mayhem" Stands For
Image
"Mr. Mayhem" in Sons of Anarchy is a term used when the club votes for a member to be killed, indicating a betrayal or threat to the club. Frankie Diamonds and Clay Morrow are two major characters who met their end at the hands of Mr. Mayhem, with Frankie being killed by Leo Perelli and Jax taking revenge on Clay. Jax Teller, the main character of Sons of Anarchy, eventually had to meet Mr. Mayhem due to his transformation into a crime boss and the unsanctioned killing of Jury White. He chose to take his own life instead of meeting a murderous end.

What does "Mr. Mayhem" stand for on Sons Of Anarchy and why is meeting the Mr. Mayhem Soa character such a bad thing? Sons Of Anarchy is an intense biker drama created by Kurt Sutter (The Shield), who based it (very loosely) around Shakespeare's Hamlet. The show...

Is Sons of Anarchy Based on a True Story?
Image
Sons of Anarchy was a hit show on the air for seven seasons and is still loved even almost a decade after the last episode aired. The brutal world of Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club Redwood Original (Samcro) and its members are compelling to watch for many reasons, including its uniqueness. Realism in shows like this one can make or break a story, so creator and showrunner Kurt Sutter had to do a lot of research to realistically represent what it is like to live the dangerous lives of these characters. Therefore, many wondered how much he took from real life and how much of it was complete fiction.

Creating unique worlds is always one of the main goals of the writers and creators of a television show. Even if it's a place where a lot of people know or many stories have been set before, as a hospital, for example,...

‘Cops and Robbers’ DVD Review

Stars: Michael Jai White, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, Tom Berenger, Patrick Kilpatrick, Victoria Pratt, Chuck Zito, Gillian White, Randy Wayne | Written and Directed by Scott Windhauser

Cops and Robbers stars Michael Jai White as a hostage negotiator who plays a high stakes game of cat and mouse with a cornered bank robber. As the two men learn each other’s identity, they realise they have a shared past, as estranged brothers do, with scores and grudges to be settled…

Can Micheal Jai White ever get a break? The man had obvious skills, both in acting and martial arts, which we’ve seen in a myriad of his previous films. However lately he seems to have become stuck in a rut of appearing own small cameo roles in films or playing cop roles that don’t show off his skillset. Even when he does get to kick some ass his performance seems stifled.

Trailer for the 1970s-Set Heist Thriller Vault
If you’re a fan of heist films, I’ve got a trailer here for you to watch for an upcoming movie called Vault, which is set in the 1970s.

The film is said to be based on a true story, and it follows a group of small time criminals in 1975 “who attempt to pull off the biggest heist in American history – stealing over $30 million from the Mafia in the smallest state in the union, Rhode Island.”

The movie was directed by Rhode Island native filmmaker Tom DeNucci, and it looks like a pretty good film that I’ll most likely end up checking out. The movie stars Theo Rossi, Clive Standen, Chazz Palminteri, Samira Wiley, Don Johnson, William Forsythe, Burt Young, Andrew Divoff, Sean Ringgold, Vincent Pastore, Dorothy Lyman, and Chuck Zito.

The movie is set to be released on June 14th on VOD.

First Trailer for Low Budget Mafia Heist Drama 'Vault' Set in the 1970s
"Anybody crosses Raymond gets buried." Lionsgate has released an official trailer for a low budget, direct-to-vod heist thriller titled Vault, set in the 1970s and seemingly based on a true story (maybe but also maybe not?). Made by Rhode Island native filmmaker Tom DeNucci, Vault is about a group of small time criminals who attempt to pull off the biggest heist in American history -- stealing over $30 million from the Mafia working in the smallest state in the union, Rhode Island. The ensemble cast includes Theo Rossi, Clive Standen, Chazz Palminteri, Samira Wiley, Don Johnson, William Forsythe, Burt Young, Andrew Divoff, Sean Ringgold, Vincent Pastore, Dorothy Lyman, and Chuck Zito. This looks like a forgettable, wannabe Scorsese crime film that no one will watch. Nothing to worry about here, move along. Here's the first official trailer (+ official poster) for Tom DeNucci's Vault, direct from YouTube: Vault tells a story...

“Vault” Details A Very Unlikely Crime
When you think of high profile bank robberies, you don’t normally think of Rhode Island. The tiny state isn’t a hallmark for cinematic settings, but Vault is the exception to that rule. This film, opening this week, seeks to put Rhode Island on the map, at least when ti comes to gangsters and bank heists. It’s an intriguing idea, as this particular story is one most won’t have any clue exists. Alas, the execution here, while fine, never makes an effective case for its own existence. The movie won’t ever bore you, but at the same time, it rarely compels you either. The film is a crime tale, based on a true story. Taking place in 1975, it’s a depiction of what would become one of the biggest heists in American history. When we meet Deuce (Theo Rossi) and Chucky (Clive Standen), they’re just...

Mike Tyson Is Making a Scripted Comedy Series Based on His Life on a Marijuana Farm
Mike Tyson
Mike Tyson is working on a TV series based on his own life, not as a boxer, but as a marijuana grower on his real-life weed farm. And it’s a scripted comedy — which he will star in.

A collaboration between Tyson and his business partner Rob Hickman, "Rolling With the Punches," is currently shooting at Tyson Ranch office in El Segundo, California, an individual with knowledge of the project tells TheWrap. The source says Tyson is describing the project as in the vein of Larry David’s HBO series "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

"It’s simple. I’m playing a retired boxer who is growing marijuana," Tyson told Page Six "It’s basically me acting like me, so people can get a look at what my life could be like in different scenarios."...

‘Black Wake’ Review
Stars: Nana Gouvea, Tom Sizemore, Eric Roberts, Vincent Pastore, Chuck Zito | Written by Jeremiah Kipp, Jerry Janda, Carlos Keyes | Directed by Jeremiah Kipp

The end credits bloopers and outtakes oat the end of Black Wake suggest that what we just watched was meant to be tongue-in-cheek. Yeah, right. This shockingly bad body shocker – an eco-conspiracy zombie D-movie borrowing from Barry Levinson’s superior The Bay – is clearly meant as a serious piece of work. And it seriously sucks.

Dr Luiza Moreira (Brazilian actress Nana Gouvea, in her English-language debut) is part of a team investigating a series of strange deaths on the Atlantic coast. That strangeness is braindead people eating brains. It’s a bog-standard zombie flick lumbered with an unconvincing, overcomplicated conspiracy theory plot.

This means unrelentingly dull, straight-to-camera exposition, intercut with badly executed found footage of people going near water and having (fairly well-rendered) CG bugs leap into their mouths.

Film Review: Dull ‘Homefront’ Can’t Get Action Into an Action Movie
Chicago – Sylvester Stallone is a difficult man to comprehend, unless if doing a thesis on male menopause. The one time screenwriter of gritty soul pictures like “Rocky,” “Paradise Alley” and “First Blood” is spending his later years pumping out undistinguished boom-boom pictures like “Homefront.”

Rating: 2.5/5.0

This film – which Stallone adapted from a novel – has been on the shelf for a number of years, as Sly himself had passed the appropriate age to portray the main character. So “Expendables” costar Jason Statham has stepped up, and the taciturn British action star can’t breath any life into the ex-dea agent role, now undercover as a single Daddy in a small Louisiana town. In what looks like a takeoff of 1970s southern-fried action movies like “Gator” and “Walking Tall” lacks any air of that culture or grindhouse energy. It feels like a high school production, carefully costumed and slickly produced, but with...

Homefront (2013) – The Review
So, we’re well past Summer and you action fans will have to wait many months before you can get your high-octane testosterone film fix. Nothin’ but serious, Oscar-bait prestige cinema out there, eh? Not quite! Thanks to an unlikely union of two action icons, you can snap that wishbone and then head to the multiplex for a whole lot more bone-snapin’ fun. That “Transporter” titan Jason Statham is zooming through those high-brow films this “turkey day” weekend. And he’s doing his thing right here in the Us of A (or as he might refer to it “the colonies”). So, who’s that other icon? None other than his Expendables partner, Sylvester Stallone. According to reports, Sly had adapted the script as a starring vehicle for himself several years ago, but never got around to it. So, now it’s been dusted off, updated, and fashioned for the glowering Brit.

‘Sons of Anarchy: Season Five’ DVD Review
Stars: Charlie Hunnam, Katey Sagal, Mark Boone Junior, Kim Coates, Ron Perlman, Tommy Flanagan, Ryan Hurst | Created by Kurt Sutter

[Editors Note: With the DVD of Sons of Anarchy: Season Five set for a UK DVD and Blu-ray release next week (on November 25th to be precise), Nerdly reviewer and Soa super-fan Nathan takes a look at the DVD boxset - breaking down the cult show's fifth season episode by episode]

5×01 – Sovereign

When Sons of Anarchy ended last season, I was a little disappointed. It’s not that I hated it; I was just left with the feeling of longing for more. All throughout the season, we’ve seen our men in Samcro crushed by seemingly impossible odds, without any chance for escape. If there’s one thing that Kurt Sutter and company do best, it’s dropping the men into a hole and watching them try and escape. And the best part of this is the more they try to escape, the worse their situation gets. That’s why it was a bit of a disappointment when at the end of the season, they seemingly pulled the plug and left things out to dry. I mean, Clay Morrow was built...

‘Sons of Anarchy’ Season 5, Episode 10 Review – Between A Rock & A Hard Place
For a guy who started off as a Fox Force Five-like one-note character (he’s the tech expert with lightning bolts on his head!), Juice (Theo Rossi) has somehow become the unwitting cog in several different wheels. Sons of Anarchy season 4 saw Juice at the mercy of Eli Roosevelt (Rockmond Dunbar), and, to a greater extent, Lincoln Potter (Ray McKinnon), but all of that was quietly swept under the rug until Roosevelt decided Juice could be leverage in exchange for Frankie Diamonds (Chuck Zito). Of course, that didn’t work out, but it did manage to put poor old Juice back in play – at the exact moment Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and Clay (Ron Perlman) have begun to seriously start moving pieces around the board.

Yeah, when I noticed there was about 10 minutes left and the unmistakable first notes of Iggy Pop and The Stooges’ “The Passenger” came on, I knew that “Toad’s Wild Ride” had yet to deliver its biggest jolt. But more on that later. Clay is in full damage-control mode with his Nomad flunkies, telling them there is DNA evidence that will link them to the home invasions and the murder of Roosevelt’s wife. Frankie (Chuck Zito, who you just knew was going to be a [...]...

Sons of Anarchy Round Table: "Small World"
Sons of Anarchy packed quite the punch this week. Actually, it packed quite the snow globe, as Jax took bloody, brutal revenge in the name of Opie on "Small World."

In the face of such a beating, our Round Table team of Arlene Gonzalez, Christine Hinton, Carla Day, Dan Forcella and Paula Dunn Dawson (of Sons-of-Anarchy.net) are here to breakdown their favorite scenes, Carla's suicide and a lot more...

-------------------------------------------

What was your favorite scene from the episode?

Arlene: Every single unexpected killing left me reeling, but I'll have to say the death by snow globe had me shouting with glee and cringing with every blow at the same time. That smarmy, D-Bag guard had it coming to him and with every crocodile tear he shed I wanted Jax to hit him even harder. Mission accomplished!

Christine: I've got to go with Carla's suicide. That entire scene was just...

Sons of Anarchy Season 5 Episode 2: Back in the Paddy Wagon
In “Authority Vested,” Kurt Sutter stepped back from raising the body count on Sons of Anarchy – giving viewers a chance to breath. Instead of focusing on escalating the war between Damon Pope and Samcro, Sutter delved further into the personal motivations of the motorcycle club.

[Authority Vested Spoilers Ahead]

We’ve followed Jax and Tara’s tumultuous relationship for four seasons and finally we got the payoff. After four years, Jax and Tara tied the knot in Season 5 – and they did it in a brothel. You have to love weddings on Soa. Opie got married to a porn star in fairy tale wedding. His marriage may have been planned out, but it seemed destined to fail. Opie was still heartbroken over the loss of Donna when he met Lyla. Unfortunately, as he told Lyla in “Authority Vested,” he doesn’t know if he can love anything. The Jax and Tara romance, however, is the...

Sons of Anarchy Season 5 Premiere Review: ‘Sovereign’ Rides into a New, Darker Direction
We’ve had nearly a year to breath since the fated shot heard round Samcro. Clay (Ron Perlman) took the life of another member of the Redwood Original 9 in Sons of Anarchy Episode 4.8 (read the Samcro Obituary).

The Soa webisphere cried in outrage, calling for Clay’s death – at the hands of Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and/or Opie (Ryan Hurst). Alas, we don’t hold the gavel. The weight (and burden) of that honor falls on the shoulders of showrunner Kurt Sutter. And, he ruled that Clay would live. But, there would be consequences.

Sons of Anarchy Season 5 began in an ostensibly new direction. Jax now officially rides at the head of the pack, with his Sergeant-at-arms, Chibs (Tommy Flanagan), by his side. Clay, “broken” but not out, looms in the periphery. He’s hunched over and unable to ride. However, don’t call him the new Piney (William Lucking). If you did,...

'Sons of Anarchy' Season 5 premiere - 'Sovereign': New adversaries and new problems
"Sons of Anarchy" wasted no time jumping into big stories to begin its fifth season, delivering a dizzying, plot-intensive and at times really powerful season premiere.

Trying to predict where the show will go based on one episode is usually a losing game -- even moreso with a 90-minute episode that introduced two key new players, kept a few plates spinning from last season and ended with Jax going into hiding. But here are a few of the moments and revelations from "Sovereign" that will likely play a big role in shaping the season to come.

Clay is a broken man. The season picks up a couple weeks after the events of last year's finale, which means Clay is still recuperating from his wounds. It's not going particularly well. He's feeble physically, and both the club and Gemma want nothing to do with him beyond what's absolutely necessary -- in Samcro's case,...

TV Review: ‘Sons of Anarchy’ 5×01 – Sovereign
Sons Of Anarchy

Stars: Charlie Hunnam, Katey Sagal, Mark Boone Junior, Kim Coates, Ron Perlman, Tommy Flanagan, Ryan Hurst | Written by Kurt Sutter | Directed by Paris Barclay

“Sons of Anarchy” continues streak of unlikely guest stars in Season 5
Henry Rollins, Danny Trejo, Mitch Pileggi, Chuck Zito … these are the sort of tough guys you expect to see turning up on a show like Sons of Anarchy. The relentless, take-no-prisoners biker drama traffics heavily in R-rated-levels of sex, violence and profanity, so there is always a healthy amount of sweaty machismo on display. But what makes Soa exceptional is its ability to surprise. When it was announced that guest stars for the upcoming Season 5 would include Community funny man Joel McHale (as a con artist) and High School Musical alum Ashley Tisdale (as a high-priced hooker), viewers [...]...

Tara Summers Rolls with Maggie Siff in Sons of Anarchy
There’s not a lot of information out there on this one so excuse me for the brevity, it almost got passed us to begin with (as this is a few days old), but I know how everyone wants to know all things Samcro. With that in mind, Tara Summers has landed a role in Sons of Anarchy season 5, and according to Deadline, a recurring one. Not a lot of details beyond that the english actress will portray Karen Dunhill, who we will see working with Maggie Siff’s Tara.

If Summers looks familiar you probably caught her on Boston Legal as Katie Loyd or (as pictured above) with my girl Buffy on Ringer. She will has also be in the new David E. Kelley pilot, the TNT medical drama Monday Mornings. She’s just the latest in a mob of new characters we know are coming to Charming, following the already announced Ashley Tisdale,...

Hells Angels Members Become Sons of Anarchy Season 5 Nomads
Sons of Anarchy creator, Kurt Sutter, must have become pretty chummy with some of the real-life members of Hells Angels since he has cast another of the badass bikers to play a part in the show’s fifth season. I guess Sutter wants to add a bit of the real world of bikers into his fictional world. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the comments he made regarding Discovery Channel’s The Devils Ride, which follows a number of Hells Angels, including the two now set to appear on Sons. I like to pretend Sutter is mildly frightened of these imposing men, though I’m sure he’s just being a nice guy.

According to TVLine, Hells Angels member Rusty Coones will be appearing in Episode 9 of Season 5, as Quinn. He’ll have a pretty significant part as the president of the Sons of Anarchy nomads, a...

Scoop: Sons of Anarchy Casts Hells Angel as Nomad Charter Boss
Ron Perlman, Jimmy Smits, Katey Sagal, Drea de Matteo, Mark Boone Junior, Dayton Callie, Kim Coates, Rockmond Dunbar, Tommy Flanagan, Charlie Hunnam, Ryan Hurst, William Lucking, Michael Ornstein, Emilio Rivera, Theo Rossi, McNally Sagal, Winter Ave Zoli, Niko Nicotera, Maggie Siff, David Labrava, Chris Reed, Ryder Londo, and Rusty Coones in Sons of Anarchy (2008)
Sons of Anarchy boss Kurt Sutter has enlisted a real Angel — a Hells Angel, more specifically — to play a charter president during Season 5 of the FX hit.

“In episode 509, we meet Quinn, the nomad president we’ve mentioned since Season 1, played by the incredibly substantial @RustyCoones,” Sutter shared on Twitter. (An FX rep confirmed for TVLine the casting of the 6-foot-5, 285-lb. biker/musician.)

The Nomads — or, club members who don’t belong to a specific charter — figure into the coming season when a few from its ranks get voted into the Samcro. In fact, another Hells Angel, Chuck Zito...

Greg the Peg and the New Blood of Sons of Anarchy Season 5 – Before the Anarchy
Sons of Anarchy season 5 is rolling our way and just around the corner, so it’s time for introductions to some of the new cast of characters headed to Charming and the Samcro mix. You probably already know about Ashley Tisdale (who has been featured in several images so far), Jimmy Smits, and Damon Pope (Lost’s Harold Perrineau coming into town like a boss), but you might not know some featured in this video sent to us by FX, the latest of their “Before the Anarchy” featurettes.

Gogo (Chris Browning), Frankie Diamonds (Chuck Zito), and Greg the Peg, Fiasco (Rey Gallegos) and Lupe (Jorge Pallo) – yes, that’s Lupe Fiasco to you if you see the two running up on you – introduce themselves in what looks to be a video presented by another new member of the Samcro crew, Kurt Yaeger – aka Greg the Peg. Seems like they will all fit in fine,...

Contest: Win Sons Of Anarchy Season 4 Blu-Ray
Join us as we team up with Fox to give away not one, but two copies of the upcoming Blu-Ray for Sons of Anarchy season 4.

FX’s hit biker drama had an explosive season last year and with the fifth season starting up in September, it’s time to catch up on all the happenings from last season.

As we gear up for season five, we have a number of things to look forward to, including new cast additions like Jimmy Smits, Harold Perrineau, Ashley Tisdale and real life biker-turned-actor Chuck Zito.

Furthermore, series creator Kurt Sutter recently gave us a hint of what to expect on the next season, saying:

“The dynamic that will play out this season will see Jax at the head of the table and the struggles he has in being king. Basically, the question will be, ‘Can Jax (Charlie Hunnam) be the leader of an...

Exclusive ‘Breaking Bad’ Interview: Emmy Bells Toll For Mark Margolis
Mark Margolis started out his career on the stage performing hundreds of plays and has since contributed to over 40 television series and 70 plus features including Scarface, The Cotton Club, Gone Baby Gone, and every one of Darren Arnofsky’s films.

On Breaking Bad, Margolis played Hector “Tio” Salamanca, the former right-hand-man of the Juarez Cartel, who after suffering a stroke, was unable to speak or walk; left only to communicate with a brass service bell fixed to his wheelchair amd his face. That didn’t stop him from being one of the most memorable characters on the best show in television and at 72, Margolis earned his first Emmy nomination for Guest Actor in a Drama Series. But his nomination was not just a by-product of the Breaking Bad gloss in recent years, instead, it shows how far the excellence of the show extends. Good luck being an extra.

Margolis is sharp,...

'Sons Of Anarchy' Probably Ending After Season 7
At the "Sons Of Anarchy" panel at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, Jimmy Smits and Harold Perrineau talked about their guest arcs on the show's fifth season, which arrives Sept. 11 on FX. And after the panel, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, series creator Kurt Sutter revealed that the show will likely end after its seventh season.

"We have a sense of it playing out in seven [seasons], Sutter told THR. "At this point, which is not outside the realm of possibility, I think I'd really have to f--- things up not to get seven seasons."

Earlier in the panel, Sutter talked about his vision for concluding the series. "As we came into Season 5, it was really the first season I had to have a very clear sense of what my endgame is. Now I have to write that endgame," Sutter said.

Charlie Hunnam, who plays Jax Teller,...

Sons of Anarchy Season 5 – Before the Anarchy with Chucky and Gemma
FX sent over this new featurette made to prep us for the upcoming 5th season of Sons of Anarchy. Titled “Before the Anarchy: “Chucky and Gemma” it, as you’d expect, features Michael Ornstein and Katey Sagal (whose Gemma was also central to a recent season 5 teaser) talking about the paths of their characters for the upcoming season. Some of the major changes I think are rather plainly, and effectively, illustrated in the poster above that was released earlier this month, perfectly illustrating the Samcro reality as it stands now.

You already know both Gemma Chucky, but Sons of Anarchy does have some new players lined up for us next season, including Chuck Zito, Wanda de Jesus, and Ashley Tisdale (who we’ve already seen pics of in the mix and drama), and a very cool story involving new Samcro member, Greg the Peg.

Creator Kurt Sutter Talks Sons Of Anarchy Season 5, New Characters and More
With television, unexpected and unpredictable have become more and more rare. Due to the level of money on the line, safe is more of a sure bet. But, it’s that unpredictability that keeps me coming back to the FX drama series Sons of Anarchy, season after season, and it’s the unexpected nature of the show that has me anxiously anticipating Season 5, premiering on September 11th. While at Comic-Con for a presentation in Hall H, show creator/writer/executive producer Kurt Sutter talked to the press about how Jax (Charlie Hunnam) sitting at the head of the Samcro table will affect things this coming season (which picks up three to four weeks after the end of Season 4), the physical and emotional wreckage that Clay (Ron Perlman) will be dealing with, whether Gemma (Katey Sagal) might ever be able to forgive Clay, the ramifications of Juice’s (Theo Rossi) actions last season,...
