Gyula Zilahi was born on 22 January 1859 in Zilah, Hungary [now Zalau, Romania]. He was an actor and director, known for Örház a Kárpátokban (1914), A becsapott újságíró (1915) and Tutyu és Totyó (1915). He was married to Singhoffer, Vilma. He died on 16 May 1938 in Budapest, Hungary.
