Biography

    • Jo is a British actor, originally from London, now living in LA with her family. She began her career aged 9 in West End musicals, going on to take over the lead role in TV series, "Luna" when she was 13. She also enjoyed success with her No:1 single, "Stupid Cupid" in France. As an adult, she continued working in TV and theatre, most notably Ben Elton's West End hit comedy play, "Popcorn". She joined one of London's top Voice Over agencies, Calypso, and steadily built up a successful career in all areas of VO acting from animation and video games to commercials, narrations and dubbing. She is maybe best known for her roles as Tweak in "The Octonauts", Ciri in "The Witcher 3" and the Female Imperial Spy in "Star Wars TOR". She continues to work on long-running animation projects such as "The Octonauts" and "Fireman Sam" and is happy to be now extending her career Stateside through her representation with VOX Inc.

  • Was the voice of Lyra in the audio versions of Phillip Pullman's "His Dark Materials" series, starring in all three books - "The Northern Lights/The Golden Compass", "The Subtle Knife", and "The Amber Spyglass".
