  • The actor Max Wogritsch began his career as a musician and he appeared as a cellist.
  • Max Wogritsch was engaged by Tobis as an employee for the audio engineering department in the 30's.
  • With the rise of the sound film his film career ended.
  • He already joined the film business in 1911 where he took part in the silent movies "Halbwelt" (1911), "Zouza" (1911), "Die Sünden der Väter" (1913) and "Ketten der Vergangenheit" (1914).
  • His most busy time in front of the camera came at the beginning of the 20s. Afterwards his career drew to a close.
  • During his stay in Switzerland he made his stage debut at the Zürcher Stadttheater in 1906. In the next years followed engagements in other cities like Düsseldorf and Berlin.
  • Max Wogritsch was already active as a production manager since the 20s too.
