The split seemed to be an amicable one, but now, it’s taken on an added layer of drama, thanks to Kelley’s latest Instagram livestream.

The clip — which showed only a blank screen for most of its runtime — contained concerning audio in which Kelley seemed to be arguing with police as they took her into custody.

Hollywood seems to have run out of fresh ideas, and we’re living in an era when every classic show is rebooted or revived.

I loved the 1980s and 1990s television shows, but did not want to see everyone rebooted. Some were classics for a reason, and others ran long enough in their prime.

On Monday, Variety announced that a 7th Heaven reboot is in early development. Why? While I loved the first several seasons, it’s a prime example of a series that ran too long and does not need to return.

7th Heaven ran for 11 seasons on The WB and The CW and followed the Camden family.

It was a family favorite back then as it explored how Rev. Eric Camden and his wife dealt with their many children.

While it leaned Christian, it wasn’t overly preachy, and featured some of the best sibling relationships on television.

The demo success is particularly noteworthy, since its the strongest 18-49 growth for any major broadcast network scripted series, drama or new show, over the course of its premiere season since Fox’s Empire in 2015.

Averaging 2.3M live + same-day viewers and a 0.24 18-49 demo rating over the course of the first season, Doc is Fox’s highest-rated and most-watched new drama this season. Ultimately, episodes have swelled to an average of around 7.2M multi-platform viewers, more than tripling the L+Sd audience.

Molly Parker never expected to lead a project that she considers as mainstream as a network procedural. In her 30 years in the business, the Canadian actor has tended to gravitate toward the margins, making a name for herself as an indie darling and a strong supporting player in the early years of prestige TV.

But in spring 2023, just days before the writers went on strike in Hollywood, Parker took a meeting with “Doc” executive producers Barbie Kligman and Hank Steinberg about headlining their new gender-flipped Fox adaptation of a popular Italian medical drama. Doc Season 1, Episode 9, "What Goes Up..." is on track to be the Fox show's best episode -- until the final few minutes remind viewers of the series' previous shortcomings. The two cases of the week are interesting and well-cast, and the actors do some solid work. But then the script just chooses drama for drama's sake, and it all falls apart.

"What Goes Up..." primarily follows Dr. Amy Larsen on her first day as an actual doctor, since she passed the medical boards again in Season 1, Episode 8, "Man Plans." Amy discovers that her first patient is Tj Coleman's father, while viewers learn the role that Amy played in Tj's past.

Screw that terrible little man clinging to his career by a thread. That said, I continue to adore Scott Wolf. Love you, sir! Mean it!

By the end of Doc Season 1 Episode 9, it was difficult to even process the emotions from Tj’s falling out with Amy, Richard’s actions, and, of course, that smoldering, forbidden elevator kiss!
