‘Below Deck Mediterranean’ Season 6 Will Set Sail On Peacock A Week Ahead Of Bravo Launch

Season 6 of Bravo’s spinoff series Below Deck Mediterranean will be shovin’ right off on Peacock a week ahead of its cable launch, NBCUniversal said today.

The new episodes will start streaming Monday, June 21, with the series returning to Bravo on June 28. And every episode can be watched on Peacock one week before it runs on the cable channel.

On the upcoming season, Captain Sandy and the crew board the 180-foot mega-yacht Lady Michelle and embark on an new charter season as they head to Šibenik, the oldest native Croatian town on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. Personalities clash and tension quickly escalates as a crew member’s grudges start to rock the boat and disrupt the workflow. In a franchise first, a serious crisis occurs before the opening charter, leaving the staff to worry if the season will be over before it even begins.

‘Below Deck’ Producer 51 Minds Entertainment Promotes Zachary Klein As COO Temple Williams Exits

Exclusive: There’s change on deck at Endemol Shine North America’s 51 Minds Entertainment.

COO Temple Williams is leaving the company, which is responsible for Bravo’s hit reality franchise Below Deck, after seven years and Zachary Klein has been promoted.

Klein, who was previously Vice President of Production becomes Executive Vice President of Operations and Production.

He joined 51 Minds in 2012 as Director of Production and was promoted in 2019. He has spearheaded its day-to-day operations and has overseen production on series including Below Deck and its spin-offs, which include Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing Yacht and Below Deck Galley Talk, Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge and T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.

Williams, who has served as 51 Minds’ Chief Operation Officer since 2014, will be leaving the studio later this year. Williams has been with 51 Minds since first joining as Executive Vice President and General Manager in 2009.

Bravo Expands ‘Below Deck’ Franchise With New Luxury Yacht Series
Exclusive: Bravo Media is expanding its highly rated Below Deck franchise with Below Deck Sailing Vessel (working title), a new series from Below Deck and Below Deck Mediterranean producers 51 Minds.

Below Deck Sailing Vessel (wt) is described as a new kind of Below Deck, featuring luxury sailing yachts, considered the queens of the yachting world, as the charter of choice.

Bravo says the new series is similar to Below Deck and Below Deck Mediterranean with fit crews, exotic locations, demanding charter guests and an “upstairs/downstairs” dedication to service. However, sailboats have a sleeker design than their motor yacht counterparts, and this makes their galleys smaller, their stew stations almost non-existent and the crew’s living quarters more cramped and in much closer proximity to the guest quarters.
