    • Yvonne Wilder was born on September 21, 1937 in Bronx, New York, New York, USA. She was an actress and writer, known for West Side Story (1961), Comme au bon vieux temps (1980) and Opération charme (1977). She was married to Bob Kellijan and Zach Kleiman. She died on November 24, 2021 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

  • Became a good friend with Rita Moreno.
  • Of Puerto Rican and Cuban ancestry.
  • In the 1990s, Wilder turned her attention to painting and sculpting. Her work has been shown at the Santa Monica Art Institute.
  • Particularly remembered for her opinionated housekeeper character in Seems Like Old Times, who would tell employees Goldie Hawn and Charles Grodin she needed a raise to get her feet scraped, pronounced "feet eh-scraped," which even comes up on Google's autocomplete (appearing before being fully typed in).
  • In the mid-1960s, Wilder formed part of a comedy duo with actor Jack Colvin. Colvin and Wilder played West Hollywood's Troubadour and the pair also made numerous appearances on TV variety shows.
