The Nine Network.s crime drama Fat Tony & Co. easily won its timeslot on Sunday night. The premiere of the Screentime-produced series starring Robert Mammone as the infamous criminal Tony Mokbel drew 1.379 million viewers in the five capital cities. Adding the regional audience of 443,263, the first episode had a national average of 1.834 million, peaking at 2.06 million.

The second episode was watched by 1.236 million in the capitals/1.6 million. The nine-part series features other original members of the Underbelly franchise including Vince Colosimo as Alphonse Gangitano, Gyton Grantley as Carl Williams, Les Hill as Jason Moran, Madeleine West as Danielle McGuire, Simon Westaway as Mick Gatto, Gerard Kennedy as Graham Kinniburgh, and Kevin Harrington as Lewis Moran The premiere of season four of Seven.s Downton Abbey pulled 1.125 million (down 206,000 on the launch of season three last year) in the capitals, 1.74 million nationally, and ABC.s Rake had 617,000.

1) Save Your Legs

There are a couple of pretty fail-safe ways to stop a conversation dead in its tracks, but one of the best is to try and convince someone that they need to go and see an Australian movie. If that Australian movie happened to be about a cricket team, it wouldn't be out of the question to suggest that your co-conversationalist might just turn and walk at pace. Which brings us to Save Your Legs, surely one of the least-loved Australian films of recent times and with no good reason; this film is actually half-decent.

It's quite admirable that an Australian filmmaker would multiply their odds of failure by making a film like this one. We're often told that cricket is the sport with the richest and most voluminous literary canon,...

RaboDirect has unveiled a third instalment in its “stealing your dreams” campaign.

The ad once again features Simon Westaway, the actor who played Mick Gatto in Underbelly, as the greedy banker enjoying the experiences that should rightfully belong to the consumer.

The campaign has been created by Whybin\Tbwa Group.

The ad, which focuses on RaboDirect’s term deposit products, was directed by Fiona McGee and produced by Good Oil Films.

According to RaboDirect, the campaign has made a significant contribution to the brand’s awareness levels. Dan Lacaze, group head at Whybin\Tbwa Group said: “This campaign has been incredibly successfully for RaboDirect, winning a Gold Effie last year and being short listed again this year. It made complete sense for us to continue with the Greedy Banker.”

Simon Westaway has revealed that his friends checked him back into a rehab centre just days before Christmas.
