- Marie Wells was born on February 20, 1894 in Cleveland, Mississippi, USA. She was an actress, known for The Conquest of Canaan (1916), Silas Marner (1922) and Le chant du désert (1929). She died on July 3, 1949 in Hollywood, California, USA.
