When the makers of "Ghost World"asked for her permission to use her image from a poster for "The World of Henry Orient" in a scene, she requested $100. They gave her $150.

Is an artist, writer, and performer who has lived in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, since 1984.

Once owned and operated a storefront art gallery, "Out of the Blue", near the Yale University campus.

Though a natural blonde throughout much of her life, she dyed her hair brown for her film debut at the request of the producer and director.

Director George Roy Hill discovered her. During the shooting of Deux copines... un séducteur (1964), Hill had lunch with her every day.
