    • Henry Wadsworth was born on June 18, 1903 in Maysville, Kentucky, USA. He was an actor, known for L'introuvable (1934), Applause (1929) and The Show-Off (1934). He died on December 5, 1974 in New York City, New York, USA.

Trivia

  • American stage and screen actor, educated at the University of Kentucky and at Carnegie Tech Drama School. He began in vaudeville and with touring stock companies. Wadsworth appeared on Broadway in the late 1920's and in films for Paramount from 1929. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and subsequently joined the USO in Japan, entertaining the armed forces stationed there. After he quit acting, he became a union administrator and president of the AFL's Film Council.
