Biography

    • Viviane Vives was born in Barcelona, Spain, from a French mother, a Catalan father, an Italian grand-father and a Belgian grand-mother. After living in five major cities (including Madrid, Paris, New York and Los Angeles) she has settled down in Austin, Texas but keeps commuting to LA and Barcelona. She majored in Journalism and Advertising at the University of Barcelona and in Film and Television at New York University. She has made a living from writing, directing and acting for film, television and advertising productions all her life. She's also had some experience as a translator and magazine writer and photographer. As a film writer and director, she was granted a Fulbright Scholarship for Artistic Studies. As an actress she's worked for American, British, French, German, Swedish and Spanish productions, in both TV series and feature films. She speaks English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Catalan.
