- Lee Ving was born on April 10, 1950 in Philadelphia, PA as Lee James Jude Capallero. He is best known as the frontman for the seminal L.A. hardcore punk band Fear. His film appearances include Flashdance (1983), Streets Of Fire (1984) and Clue (1985). - Lee Ving fronted the infamous LA punk-rock band, FEAR. were one of the bands documented in the film "Decline of Western Civilization".
- After a disastrous performance in 1981 on Saturday Night Live Ving and his band Fear were banned for life from the show by Lorne Michaels.
