Boyka Velkova

Bojka Mihaylova Velkova is a Bulgarian actress. She was born in Sofia on June 16. She graduated National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1983 with a degree in "acting" in the class of Professor Dimitrina Gyurova . She began to play in the Ruse Drama Theatre. The first her role was of Little Red Riding Hood. Then she stints in the Plovdiv Drama Theatre, in Theatre "Sofia", in Bulgarian Army's Theater, and in National Theater. In 2000 and 2005 she received Theater Award " Asker " for the leading female role. Her husband is a Bulgarian composer and musician Teodosi Spasov. They have a son, Teodor.
