Opening in Spain on March 2, 2012 and featuring one of the worst posters since Can't Harldey Wait comes Spanish Movie director Javier Ruiz Caldera's latest genre outing, Promocion Fantasma (Ghost Graduation), which stars Raúl Arévalo, Alexandra Jiménez, Andrea Duró, Jaime Olías, Alex Maruny, Anna Castillo, Aura Garrido, Javier Bódalo, Joaquín Reyes, Carlos Areces, Silvia Abril, and Luis Varela. "The film focuses on Modesto (Arévalo), a mediocre teacher with a paranormal gift, who is given the responsibility of helping five singular students -- all ghosts -- pass their high school exams and finally leave school." It's comforting to know that the United States is not the only country that insists on churning out wretched looking horror comedies. Yep, just like Tribbles on the Enterprise, these things are everywhere. Behold in horror the one-sheet and trailer for Promocion Fantasma (Ghost Graduation).

Balada triste de trompeta or A Sad Trumpet Ballad is the movie that comes from Spanish director Alex de la Iglesia, and it’s already been described as the comedy that follows two circus clowns, but it’s definitely more than just a comedy….

Here’s the A Sad Trumpet Ballad synopsis: “…1937. The circus monkeys scream wildly inside their cage while, outside, men kill and die in another circus: the Spanish Civil War.

The Stupid Clown, recruited against his will by the Militia, ends up carrying out a bloodbath with a machete against the National soldiers while still wearing his costume.

And so starts this eventful adventure in which Javier and Sergio, two terrifyingly disfigured clowns, fight to the death for the ambiguous...

These last few months of 2009 sure have resulted a crowded marketplace for games, with many "must-have" titles competing to be at the top of your holiday wish lists. So should the recently released second expansion chapter of Grand Theft Auto IV, "The Ballad of Gay Tony," make your list? With all the fun that it presents, we believe so. Die-hard GTA fans already have this title and probably have played through it twice. But if you're on the fence, the bottom line is that Rockstar doesn't disappoint on this go-round. With the graphics and gameplay unchanged, the focus is on introducing the gamer to yet another perspective of the grimy underbelly of Liberty City. You play the entire game as Luis Lopez, a former drug dealer who is now the bodyguard and business partner of Anthony "Gay Tony" Prince. "The Ballad of Gay Tony," the second (and presumably final) Dlc episode for "Grand Theft Auto 4" drops this week. The episode is available through Xbox Live Marketplace, or as part of a stand-alone retail disc, "Episodes From Liberty City," which also includes the content released in the last Dlc pack, "The Lost and The Damned." Since the latter has been covered extensively, we'll be focusing on "The Ballad of Gay Tony" in this review.

The Basics

Same as it ever was, folks. Not that "GTA" fans would have it any other way. "The Ballad of Gay Tony" brings us back to Liberty City, giving us new perspectives on Rockstar's New York City-in-satire from the point of view of a club-hopping bodyguard/enforcer. It weaves in and out of pre-existing storylines while introducing a colorful cast of all-new characters.

"Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony" gives players a widely different point of view on Liberty City, revealing the glitzy high life, as opposed to the grime of "GTA 4" and "The Lost and the Damned." The episode will be available as downloadable content over Xbox Live, or folks can buy "GTA: Episodes from Liberty City" as a disc, which includes the content from "The Ballad of Gay Tony" and "The Lost and the Damned" (but not the content from "Grand Theft Auto 4").
