Biography

Radena Valkanova was born on December 27, 1967 in Sofia. She graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1991 in the class of Professor Dimitrina Gyurova. Among her roles at theaters are: Charlotte in "Chekhov review" by Chekhov in the Youth Theatre, Sasha in "Ivanov" by Chekhov and Diana in "Trainspotting" by Irvine Welsh in National Palace of Culture, Catherine in "Proof" by D. Auburn, Lora in "Little piece of nursery" and Emma in "Pleasantly Scary" by Yana Borisova at Theatre 199.
