George Ulmeni is a Romanian film actor .He was born on April 5, 1949 in Bucuresti, Romania.He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1972. In 1973, he plays first role in the movie Zestrea . Other notable roles in films : Nemesis's secret (1987), The Secret of Bacchus (1984) and Pact cu necuratul (2004). Play on the stage of the theater ''Metropolis '' in Bucuresti.
