Anabela Teixeira is an award-winning Portuguese actress living in London. She has been working in the television and film industry for the past 30 years.
Attended Course on Training of Actors Theatre of the School of Theatre and Cinema in Lisbon. She has worked with directors including Raoul Ruiz, Patrice Chéreau, Billie August, João César Monteiro among others.
Recent projects include: "The Litle Switzerland" from Kepa Sojo streaming at Netflix, Tv Series "Vidago Palace", and the feature film "Leviano" (HBO Portugal). In theatre worked with several directors at the National Theatre in Lisbon and Oporto and others.
In 2013 won Portuguese Academy Award for supporting actress , in Florbela Vicente Alves do Ó feature film.
