Recorded an album, called One for my baby, full of Frank Sinatra songs in 2001.

Breakthrough cabaret show 'Heist' in 1991 with Roland Smeenk. They won the 'Camaretten Festival' with it. A big future was predicted for them, but Smeenk died in a road accident in 1992. Hans Teeuwen didn't perform for a long while after that.

He received two gold records, because the CD versions of his shows Trui and Dat Dan Weer Wel were both sold over 40,000 times.
