Oona Maya

Oona Maya is best known as a narrator and producer of audio books, and as a writer/story editor for television and feature film. She narrates across many genres including mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, children's novels, and non-fiction, and has become known for voicing recurring characters such as Trisha Carson in Glenda Carroll's Trisha Carson mystery series. In television, she is best known for her scripted series work with The Food Network, including Rachael Ray's Tasty Travels. As a screenwriter, her feature film "Rave" premiered on the streaming network "Showtime" and the indie film "The Watermelon Heist", starring Jon Amos has grossed $12MM in video sales. She has also worked as a teacher for the NY and LA public school system. She is sometimes credited as Kristine Croese, Oona Croese, and Kristine Tata. She is a graduate of California Institute of the Arts, CalArts.
