London's first acting gig was in Mexico when she was 13 living at a boarding school. It was a comedy all in Spanish before she learned to speak Spanish.

First job out of high school was through a temp agency working for a Navy Captain at McDonnell Douglas Corporation in Long Beach, CA. The Navy Captain was so impressed with her attention to detail and work ethic that he recommended her for a job with their internal FAA office. In that position, she coordinated the FAA reps to certify parts at international suppliers and ultimately helped facilitate the certification of the MD-11.

Performed stand-up comedy with legendary comedian Rudy Moreno in the 90's. After one show, she asked Rudy for general career advice. He told her, "Work on writing all clean comedy. You do that and you'll always work and it'll help you break into TV".
