Olga Talyn(I)

She recently completed nine years as Mme. Giry in The Phantom of the Opera national tour (Carbonnell Award for Best Supporting Actress in a tour). She has appeared on broadway in The Phantom of the Opera and A Doll's Life. In the Washington DC area, she appeared as The Old Lady in Candide (at Arena Stage), Lady Thiang in The King and I, Mrs. Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank, Vera in A Private View, Mark Taper and three seasons at Berkshire Playhouse. New York appearances include the Manhattan Theatre Club, Jewish Rep, CIrcle Rep, Music Theatre Works, Hudson Guild, R.A.P.P., and Carnegie Hall. She has made several appearances on television, and performed as Tosca and Lisa in the opera Pique Dame. She was a six-year veteran of the acclaimed 1970's improv revue The Proposition.
