Brooke Shields Reveals the Past TV Role That ‘If I Could Do It Again, I’d Do It Tomorrow’
Image
Save for a 1992 guest spot on the Og Quantum Leap and voicing herself in a 1993 episode of The Simpsons, Brooke Shields — best known at the time for the ’80s films The Blue Lagoon and Endless Love, plus Calvin Klein ads — had yet to break out on television through the mid-1990s.

And then she winningly stalked Joey Tribbiani (more accurately, Dr. Drake Ramoray) in Friends‘ January 1996 post-Super Bowl episode.

What Happened to Andy Dick?
Image
So what can be said about Andy Dick that the paparazzi and nearly every Judge from West Virginia to Los Angeles hasn’t already said? He was once a rising star in the comedy world with lovably nerdy characters on hit TV series before his demons grabbed a hold of him and took him down an over 25 year path of endless headlines with his name often times preceding the word “arrested.” In those years, he has compiled more Mug Shots than Head Shots and went from Star on the Rise to Registered Sex Offender. Yeah, I don’t know how else to say this other than: Wtf Happened to Andy Dick?!

But as always we must begin at the beginning and the beginning began on his birthday, December 21, 1965 in Charleston, South Carolina. After graduating high school in the suburbs of Illinois, Andy would study at the famed Second City and...

The top official at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) met earlier this month with several industry stakeholders and the owner of a Detroit-area television station who is trying to sell his outlet to a Nexstar Media Group-controlled company.

The meeting, held on January 18, involved FCC Chairperson Jessica Rosenworcel, Wadl (Channel 38) owner Kevin Adell and two public interest groups — the American Television Alliance (Atva) and Ncta the Internet and Television Association (Ncta) — and was the latest to be held concerning Adell’s pending sale of Wadl to Mission Broadcasting.

For months, the Atva and the Ncta have argued against the deal, filing briefs with the FCC that accused Nexstar of attempting to circumvent federal ownership caps by bankrolling Mission’s purchase of Wadl.

Nexstar operates all of Mission’s television stations under shared services agreements,...

Exclusive: 'Ghost Adventures' Creator Zak Bagans Talks New Album 'Necrofusion'
One of the most crucial elements of paranormal investigator Zak Bagans' hit series Ghost Adventures (which kicked off its seventh season last month) is the study of Electronic Voice Phenomenon (Evp), in which Zak uses his patented SP7 “Spirit Box” to capture spirit voices from various locations throughout his travels... often with hair-raising results. For a prime example, check out this chilling excerpt, where the SP7 records a possibly evil force... Since so much of Zak's research involves the intense study of sounds and voices (including recorded conversations between himself and unseen entities), it was only a matter of time before a musical experiment would emerge from this treasure trove of audio material. Zak had previously contributed to the single “Paranormal Energy,” recorded by post-industrial music pioneer Praga Khan, who included the track on the latest album Deep Chills by famed electro band Lords of Acid. Their meeting seemed...

Check out a Track From Ghost Adventures' Zak Bagans and Praga Khan's Necrofusion
Alright, kids! We have something special for you! Zak Bagans, host of the popular paranormal series "Ghost Adventures," has joined forces with Lords of Acid's Praga Khan for one of the most intriguing music releases ever produced, NecroFusion, and we have a sample for you!

In 1999, actor David Strickland, best known for his role on the NBC sitcom "Suddenly Susan," committed suicide in room 20 of the Oasis Motel in Las Vegas. More than a decade later, Zak Bagans, the host and lead investigator for the hit TV series "Ghost Adventures," spent hours in that very room attempting to establish communication with Strickland's departed soul. The results of that investigation can be heard on the track "Room 20" from NecroFusion, the upcoming album from Bagans and musical partner, The Lords of Acid's Praga Khan, due out October 23rd.

According to Bagans, "After hours of recording sessions, I felt a sudden,...
