- The filmcomposer Alfred Strasser wrote his first soundtrack for the cinema for "Dolly macht Karriere" (1930). In the next years followed few other filmcompositions like "Herr Direktor engagiert" (1933), "Der Mann, der nicht nein sagen kann" (1938) and "Leichte Muse" (1941).
- Besides his activity as a composer he also impersonated a support role in the movie "Das Geheimnis um Johann Orth" (1932).
- Alfred Strasser continued his career as a filmcomposer after World War II.
