Paddy Stone in Scrooge (1970)
Paddy Stone began his career with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet in Manitoba. He was acclaimed for his performances on the London stage, including in "Annie Get Your Gun" in the 1950s. Stone teamed up with Irving Davies and Beryl Kaye to form a dance group called "Three's Company" that eventually toured in Paris, Rome, London, Chicago and New York City in 1953. The trio settled in New York City by the mid-1950s. He appeared on the "The Ed Sullivan Show" twice in 1955. His other performances included Broadway performances and appeared as a dancer in films such as Gene Kelly's Invitation à la danse (1956). He was choreographer for the film Victor/Victoria (1982). Stone returned to Manitoba, Canada as a choreographer with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet in the early 1980s.
