Delilah Andre has made her debut in the director's chair with "White Dove: The Origin." She is of mixed ancestry, Lakota and Persian. She has always had a passion for writing which naturally transformed into a love for acting and filmmaking.
She has received multiple awards for acting, writing and directing including her recent Audience Award at the Academy Award Qualifying Film Festival, 'Bronzelens,' for her short film, "White Dove: The Origin." But what is most important to her is telling stories that inspire, empower and educate in such a way to honor and bring light to the plight of the Indigenous Peoples of America.
Delilah booked her first acting role as Lina Lamont in "Singin' In The Rain," at a Youth Theater in the Bay Area. She has modeled with high profile celebrities and supermodels, including Cindy Crawford, Chrissy Teigen, Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr, among others. Delilah has co-starred and guest starred in various TV shows, including "Veronica Mars" and "The Mentalist." She has been featured in numerous music videos of artists, including Tim McGraw and Matt Goss. She's played leading and supporting roles in a variety of independent feature films and award-winning shorts. Over the years she has also done numerous print campaigns and commercials for clients such as Coca Cola, Disney, Fiat and Visa. She has appeared in Teen Vogue, Vogue, Italian Vogue, among other magazines, catalogs and publications. She has modeled in Munich, Paris and Milan where she did numerous fashion shows and print campaigns. She speaks three languages: Farsi, French and English.
Delilah is grateful for her continued work in the entertainment industry and her mission is to transform the planet by empowering people one story at a time.
