35 Best Brother And Sister Duos In Film & TV History
Image
The bond between siblings has been a longtime fascination for film and television shows, leading to some of the most famous brother and sister duos in film and television history. Those who think romance is the pinnacle of an interesting relationship need to look closer at these memorable bonds between sibling characters. Popular shows like Supernatural have a brother duo as their main characters, and one of Disney's biggest hits, Frozen, is all about the love between sisters rather than a princess and prince finding each other.

Besides brother and brother and sister with sister duos, though, there are also very memorable brother and sister characters at the heart of the best TV shows and movies ever. The relationships between siblings can lead to some unique storylines within television or movies. Cinema of Fear – The “Best” of Old-School Fmv Horror Games
Image
A while back, when we had celebrated the 30th anniversary of Trilobyte’s The 7th Guest, a few of you got nostalgic for the heyday of Full Motion Video (Fmv) horror games. So, what better way to scratch that itch than with a selection of titles from the genre’s peak?

First VHS Transfers of ‘Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh’ Cutscenes Posted Online
Paul Morgan Stetler
Earlier this year, actor Paul Morgan Stetler of Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh fame revealed that a fan had acquired VHS tapes containing all of the movie scenes (with dialogue) from the game, and was in the process of digitizing them. Stetler has now posted some of the digitized footage to his YouTube channel, Conversations With Curtis.

The resulting VHS transfer is of much better quality than the compressed interlaced FMVs that are currently in A Puzzle of Flesh, which in reality, shouldn’t be a surprise. You can actually see texture in clothing, and the framerate is obviously improved. It still feels like a cheesy B-movie, but that’s all part of the charm.

The original idea of digitizing this footage (other than for preservation purposes) was in hopes that somewhere down the line, we’d see a remaster of A Puzzle of Flesh. That in itself might be the tricky part.
